How do you stay motivated to keep on track with workouts?

How often do you find yourself falling off the fitness wagon and then taking what feels like ages to get back on it again? Over the past five or so years, I have had my most fit selves, and I’ve had some very far cries from taking good care of my body.

But what I keep coming back to is how GOOD I feel about all aspects of my life if I am being active and consistent in my workouts. I don’t think it’s a coincidence so many fit queens post about self-worth and self-confidence, because this is the greatest aspect of sticking to a workout program. Losing inches and pounds when you’ve been feeling like a fluff are absolutely a great, don’t get me wrong, I love seeing my waist shrink after it’s ballooned out! But truly the feeling of comfort in your own skin is the best side effect.

I’m excited to be closer to my “goal body” from June of 2017, than to where I started in this latest round of getting myself back on track. How consistent are you on your workout schedule? What works and what doesn’t? I’d love to hear!
